Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Any additional costs incurred due to address changes or delivery corrections will be the responsibility of the customer.
Final Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Returns
Belle Âme does not currently accept returns on products purchased through our website, except in cases of verified defects.
Defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery and returned in their original packaging with all accessories included. Items that do not meet these requirements may be denied and will not be refunded.
Original shipping fees are non refundable.
Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. No restocking fee is applied to approved returns.
Exchanges
Belle Âme offers exchanges under specific conditions.
Exchanged items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included. Items that do not meet these requirements may be denied and will not be refunded.
For exchanges not resulting from an error on our part (including incorrect size selection, preference changes, or non defective items), a restocking fee of 10 percent and reshipping fees may apply. The replacement item must be of equal or greater value than the original purchase.
Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange.
For U.S. orders, a return label may be provided for eligible exchanges. International customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges related to exchanges.
Damaged or Missing Items
Any missing items or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs of the packaging and the items received.
